Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Port Harcourt

Primary Responsibility:

Provides customer service support by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner

Regular phone call correspondence,

instant messaging chat and e-mail correspondence
Internet marketing through Social Media
Maintain excellent customer experience and grow customer loyalty
Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
Sales driven with Strong customer service orientation
Qualification and competence:
◦Minimum of OND in any discipline
Excellent spoken English with impressive interpersonal skills
Must be Computer literate and internet savvy
