REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for people who are warm, engaging. excellent communicators, fluent in English and other languages in frequent use. Senior and managerial positions will require people with qualifications from a recognized Hospitality Training Institution or equivalent tertiary institutions and cognate experience in similar establishments. A very strong emphasis will be placed on applicants for all positions who display a high aptitude for providing service excellence and be willing eager and able to be trained to our disceming standards

Front Office Manager

Proof of experience in innovative beverage and dining menu creation, working with our Executive Chef, will be required. Experience in the Micros PoS systems will be required. The successful incumbent will be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all the Food and Beverage staff.
